Is there a minimum contract?
Yes, 3 years. The first site is free for the first year.
Do I need the Mass Coms platform?
No. MassVisit works on its own, with no Mass Coms subscription. The Mass Coms emergency platform is optional: if you use it, the people signed in feed its roll call.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will confirm payment terms with your quote.
Is hardware included?
No. Tablets, mounts, label printers and labels are separate. We confirm the devices with you before you buy.
