Connected to your MIS and your emergency plan.
MassVisit works on its own, connects to your school MIS through Wonde, and links straight into Mass Coms if you use it. It also works with the printers, mail and accounts you already have.

The on-site list of staff, visitors and contractors is read by Mass Coms roll call.
Incidents
Alerts declared in Mass Coms appear on the kiosk. Authorised staff can raise one from the kiosk.
Floor plans
Place the kiosk in a room and it shows that room's approved evacuation route.
MassCasts signage
Reception screens running MassCasts can welcome each visitor by name when they sign in.
Wonde for your MIS
Staff and pupils imported from the MIS systems Wonde supports, with pupil attendance for roll call.

Integration questions.
All featuresWhat does MassVisit integrate with?
Wonde for your school MIS, the Mass Coms emergency platform if you use it (roll call, incidents, floor plans and MassCasts signage), Microsoft sign-in for admins, Brother QL-820NWB label printers, your SMTP mail server, Twilio for emergency texts and ElevenLabs for spoken alerts.
Does it connect to our school MIS?
Yes, through Wonde, which connects to the MIS systems Wonde supports. Staff and pupil records are imported from your MIS instead of being typed in, and pupil attendance marks feed the emergency roll call. MassVisit adds the visitors and contractors your MIS does not know about.
Is there an API or webhooks?
Not for visitor management at present. If you need to connect another system, bring the details to a demo.
Can admins sign in with Microsoft?
Yes, where the Microsoft account is linked to their Mass Coms organisation.
